We are looking for an enthusiastic sales leader that possesses a winning attitude, strong work ethic and knowhow to preserver in a high-activity B2B sales environment. A leader with executional excellence when it comes to recruiting, training, coaching and development of sales professionals. A leader that is highly motivated to roll up their sleeves and sell along-side their sales team to achieve the highest level of success.

Objectives of this role

  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data and forecasts.
  • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensuring that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
  • Provide feedback on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, Develop and Lead a team of National Account Managers (NAMs).
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implementation.
  • Provide motivation to your team, build on the current culture, resolve conflicts, and make challenging decisions.
  • Develop account specific selling strategies to assist team throughout the close process.
  • Attend sales meetings with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Participate in closing new business according to targets, objectives, and plans.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner.

Qualifications

  • Three to Five years of experience managing and directing a B2B sales team.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Background in technology sales – Telecom or SaaS preferred.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience supervising Remote/hybrid team.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and mentor.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and a deep understanding of CRM systems management and best practices.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, master's degree is preferred.
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • Five+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven record of positive sales performance.
